The Kardashians sees all the efforts by Kim to get pregnant again.She even reveals she may get a surrogate .
The camera shows her lying down in a weird position to allow Kanye's sperm marinade in her..She was seen  telling her sisters she just had sex..

'The doctors said I have to lie down for 1- minutes after sex...and I had sex just before you got here,' Kim said as her sisters groaned in disgust.

 Kim during a naked photo shoot called Kanye and made him come to the studio shoot so they could have sex while she was ovulating..

'Literally I'm so exhausted, I've been having sex like 500 times a day,'
'I just got my period which means that I'm not pregnant this month and I'm really upset because I really tried really hard,' 

 'It's like so frustrating, I'm exhausted and…I think I'm forcing it,' she noted to the camera .
